Production Supervisor   LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor with direct aviation experience for an opportunity in Tampa, Florida.   Job Duties and Responsibilities:    This position is responsible for the effectiveness and economical management of resources to ensure the work is accomplished in accordance with customer maintenance programs, FAA regulations, administrative and technical requirements of those assigned under the Supervisor’s span of control. The Payroll Manager is responsible for day to day payroll activities including but not limited to; maintaining records, filing tax and deduction reports, processing deductions, preparing account transactions, documenting and updating procedures and preparing reports for the senior management team. This position requires the ability to understand all aspects of payroll processing from new hire entry through payroll transmission. Manages the payroll team, interacts with internal and external employees and provides exceptional customer service.    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES   - Plans, coordinates, organizes, and administers the Company’s multi-state payroll activities in accordance with Company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements; monitors and stays apprised of current laws governing payroll, minimum wage, overtime, leaves of absence, and sick time. - Administers and maintains the Company’s payroll system; monitors and ensures valid data transfers to and from payroll service provider; liaises with payroll service provider to report, escalate, and resolve payroll and/or systems issues; participates in training to ensure efficiency and maximized system capability. - Oversees accurate and timely input of payroll data including but not limited to new hires, payroll deductions, wage increases, promotions, bonuses, paid time off, leaves of absence, and terminations; tracks and deducts garnishment and other special payroll deductions; reviews and monitors data for accuracy; ensures employee changes are entered correctly and processed in a timely manner. - Coordinates and establishes payroll tax accounts for all new states in which the Company operates; works with payroll processing company to ensure complete and accurate preparation and reporting of state and federal tax reports, including any agency notices or amendment filings. Responds to various types of payroll related inquiries from employees and managers including but not limited to regular wages, bonuses, pay increases, voluntary and involuntary deductions, paid time off, accrual balances, timekeeping, wage statements, W-2’s, and payroll system access issues. - Compiles, generates, and/or analyzes payroll data as required for new hire/termination reports, payroll tax reporting, insurance deductions, 401 (k) contributions, ERISA audits, workers’ compensation reporting, annual insurance renewal process, ACA reporting, total comp statements, and ad hoc requests. - Partners with HR Manager on items such as employee relations, compliance, and wage & hour laws. - Acts as a lead point person for all payroll inquires. - Coordinates and processes weekly payroll, bonuses, final paychecks; disseminates pay to employees via direct deposit or wire; liaises with Accounting Department to request wires as required and obtains necessary approvals. - Responsible for managing the Payroll Department, setting goals annually. - Develops and maintains policies and procedures over the payroll processes. - Partners with HR Manager to processes and issue W-2 wage and 1095-C forms to employees; coordinates the transmittal to the IRS of the mandatory Form 1094-C.    Other duties as assigned. Must be willing and able to work alternate shifts, off days, weekends and holidays as required to meet operational demand. Should demonstrate theoretical and working knowledge of jobs and skills performed in a machine shop. Must be able to read, write, comprehend and apply information contained in detailed and complex technical manuals, procedural manuals and blueprints with little or no assistance. Able to study, master and apply a series of steps, rules and guidelines needed to perform a variety of tasks. Able to respond with flexibility to change or multiple work assignments. Aircraft Inspector   LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an Aircraft Inspectors with inspection experience on regional jet or heavy commercial aircraft for an opportunity in Great Falls, Montana.   Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Researches technical data and performs inspection of aircraft in heavy maintenance checks, of flightline/storage induction or reactivation and back shop repair/overhaul maintenance activities in accordance with applicable aircraft/component maintenance manuals, FAA regulations and Ascent Aviation policies and procedures. - Enforces Quality Control standards for material receiving, shipping, storage, handling, repairs and overhaul to see that quality, allowable tolerances and other specifications and standards set by the Ascent Aviation and the applicable manufacturer are met. - Performs inspection of aircraft components during their assembly, installation and adjustment phases of incorporation onto an aircraft to ensure that the workmanship and materials conform to the aircraft manufacturer’s specifications and maintenance manual procedures. - Ensures that all Work-In-Progress is properly documented as to the worked performed and that corrective actions used, have the proper technical data references documented properly in the corrective action block and the work in progress steps. - Records all inspection data on the proper form, report and/or inspection tag and bring to the attention of the Lead Inspector any irregularities in the daily standard practices used that would cause injury to personnel or the aircraft unsafe or un-airworthy. - Performs maintenance work/repair of company equipment and general shop housecleaning. - Tests tightness of airframe connections with hand tools and utilizes flashlight and mirror to inspect fit of parts. - Examines assembly, installation, and adjustment of ailerons and rudders to ensure that workmanship and materials conform with Civil Air Regulations, company specifications, and manual procedures. - Determines accuracy of installation of components in power plant and hydraulic system using protractor, micrometer, calipers, and gauges to ensure that specified tolerances are met. - Signs inspection tag to approve unit, or records reasons for rejecting unit. - Logs inspections performed on aircraft Qualifications and requirements:  - Must have 5+ years Regional or Commercial Aircraft Inspection experience. - Must have valid and active A&P license. - Must be available to start ASAP. - Must have the minimum tools as required. - Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors. - Must be willing to work any shift. - Must be willing to work overtime (as requested). - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site. - Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.  Why Choose LAUNCH?
