Feeder: - Assure parts are staged for feeding the line. - Confirm correct parts, size, profile, gauge, length, for the current ROG to be produced. - Confirm paint conveyor and paint spray booth are operating correctly. - Confirm the paint is sprayed correctly and evenly on the parts with the Team Leader. - Maintain consistent flow of parts being input into the line. - Repeat above procedures when a ROG change occurs at the line. Cutter: - Inspect parts to assure parts have acceptable paint coverage and finish coming out of laser drill. - Re-clip parts for cutting. - Maintain flow to keep pace with the parts coming out of the line. - Stack clips on the saw for cutting and start the saw when full. - Ensure the length of cuts on the saw are correct per the current ROG being produced. - Perform finished parts ends after saw has completed cutting. - Pack finished parts into finished packing containers. - Complete all paperwork for ROGs with Team Leader. - Repeat above procedures when a ROG change occurs at the line.
