Job DescriptionPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:Safely perform aircraft removal, installation, and/or fabrication of aircraft interiors (which may include galleys, closets, lavatories, side ledges, bulkheads, doors and panels). Coordinate with supervision and Inspection to ensure compliance with Repair Station procedures, internal and FAA paperwork, sign-offs and quality specifications. .Use the material tracking system to create parts demand, track squawks and to sign-off work.Follow standard operating procedures when using tools and equipment such as hand tools, band saws, shears, sanders and brakes. Properly care for and maintain shop equipment and tools.Prepare and install aircraft interior items in accordance with company operation procedures and quality standards.Remove and re-install nut plates, inserts and other fasteners used in aircraft interiors. Apply proper use of hardware and fittings on aircraft installations.Comply with safety, 5S, and housekeeping policies and use personal protective equipment as required. Address unsafe conditions before putting people or property at risk.Assist technicians, under supervision, with aircraft maintenance requirements.Adapt to sudden schedule changes. Additional Functions:Work with lead and higher skilled technicians to develop and implement process improvements that reduce cost, cycle time, and man-hours using Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement techniques. .Make and use simple patterns for own use employing standardized procedures. .In support of aircraft certification and final phase testing, may include flight tests on aircraft as required. .Perform other duties as assigned. The Director of Sales will be responsible for implementing the corporate sales strategy to meet new business targets for revenue growth through effective management of the sales planning process and the team of sales professionals. In addition, the Director of Sales will participate in corporate planning, budget setting, and strategic direction including services, markets, and channels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role are to maintain, manage, grow and deliver to key LAUNCH TEAMS clients and projects. This role is the liaison between LAUNCH Teams and Staffing and works in conjunction with the Sales Leader and Market Segment Leader assigned to the account.
Overview of Responsibilities
- Act as the primary day-to-day focal/tactical liaison between Staffing and Delivery for LAUNCH Teams.
- Owns all job orders and facilitates the fulfillment process from screening, interviewing, selection, tracking, to start.
- Abides by fulfillment, client relations, and contractor relations outlined, below.
- Facilitates LAUNCH Teams projects in conjunction with our Field Service coordinators.
Fulfillment aspects of the position:
- Communicates and coordinators any LAUNCH Teams recruiting updates to Staffing.
- Management and oversight of pre-identified talent and/or pipeline.
- Communicate updates to fulfillment around pre-identified talent and/or pipeline.
- Communicate updates around job site transfers.
- Job order management which includes qualifying, testing the job description, validation, communication, and audit of open orders.
- Opens and closes all orders for assigned accounts and ensures real time accuracy.
- Review all open orders on a weekly basis for accuracy in description of job, description of facility, pay and bill details, bonus information, compliance standards, and onboarding information.
- Requirement allocation and distribution.
- Setup new REQ Qualification calls with Recruiting, Field Services, and TEAMS leadership, when necessary.
- Owns the submittal process - submits candidates to client or LAUNCH Teams Leadership (if required) after doing a general screening of the candidate that’s presented.
- Follows up with client (or TEAMS supervisor) on submittal feedback and aging submittals.

- Validate shift schedule of contract employees.

This is a full-time experienced Maintenance Mechanic position that is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control valves, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.
