Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designs major components, or major portions of a an aerospace vehicle systems (electrical or fluid) installation. Develop or improve products and facilitate manufacturing operations. Develops basic data and makes preliminary layouts, sketches, and notes necessary to present design proposal. Investigates pertinent design factors such as ease of manufacture, availability of materials and equipment, interchangeability, replaceability, strength-weight efficiency, and contractual specification requirements and cost. Coordinates with other organizations affected by design development. Makes layouts of assemblies and details parts of electrical, fuel, hydraulic, ECS, or other equipment installations including wire harnesses, tubing/ducting and related components. Checks completed layouts and drawings for clarity, completeness, conformity to standards, procedures, specifications, and accuracy of calculations and dimensioning. Identifies design errors, omissions, and other deficiencies, and recommends revisions and/or improvements in design layout to responsible engineers or designers.
Work performed will focus on implementing systems design including 3D installation models, including layout, design, and drafting of associated brackets and support clamps.
Candidates for electrical design must be familiar with electrical harness components sufficient to perform installation work. Examples include: connectors, backshells, clamps, splices, and terminals.
Helpful if the candidate is familiar with Capital Logic and Capital Topology toolsets.

Job Description:
This is a full-time experienced Maintenance Mechanic position that is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control valves, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps. Maintenance Mechanics are also responsible for troubleshooting and repairing AC/DC electrical systems, reading schematics, and using electrical testing equipment (Volt-Ohm meter, amp meter, oscilloscope). Our experienced Maintenance Mechanics have extensive understanding of Programmable Logic Controls and contribute a unique skillset through the use of preventative maintenance systems and work order tracking. Maintenance Mechanics have the skill and flexibility to work on any equipment within the facility and to operate lathes, mills, arc and Heliarc® welders for repair, and fabrication.
Responsibilites:
• You will use your extensive knowledge to assist entry-level mechanics with difficult repairs
• You are willing to work under pressure to fix equipment
• You will work urgently to get the equipment back up and running
• You will be troubleshooting issues on a wide variety of equipment
• You will conduct repair failures of production and facilities equipment
• You will ensure maximum equipment efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability
• Responding to maintenance calls is part of your job, and this can sometimes mean helping complete a repair that has already been started
• You will inspect machines, develop repair lists and identify short-term and long-term repairs so that machines run correctly
• You will work from task lists when diagnosing machines and taking corrective actions
Pays $40.58-$60.87/hour.
Structures Mechanic

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Seeking an Electrical Harness Design Engineer, experienced in electrical harness design and installation
- Produce electrical wiring schematic drawings using Mentor Graphics Capital-Logic from Electrical Source Data (ESD)
- Produce electrical Build-to-Product definition (wire cards) using Mentor Graphics Capital
- Produce harness assembly drawings using Mentor Graphics-HarnessXC and CATIA V5
- Will work with other subsystems engineers to establish electrical loads and wiring requirements for various subsystem components
- Must have familiarity with sizing primary and secondary power distribution wire IAW AS50881
- Must have familiarity with EMI/EMC wiring requirements and cable shielding principles
- Will work with Air Vehicle, Mission Systems, and Manufacturing during build and troubleshooting

Quality Inspector
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Quality Inspector with inspection experience on corporate aircraft for an opportunity in Windsor Locks, Connecticut.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible to ensure all airworthiness quality requirements are performed and documented in accordance with all applicable regulations in regards to maintenance, preventative maintenance, repair and alteration of aircraft, engine and aircraft components/parts for which the Repair Station is rated.
- Conduct weighing procedure in accordance with manufacturers recommended practices and procedures.
- Upon A/C arrival, obtain associated documentation, complete A/C records and document receipt.
- Coordinate inspection activities in compliance with computer tracking maintenance programs (i.e., CAMP, FLIGHTDOCS, AVTRAC).
- Perform inspections of aircraft, engines, parts, and components using precision tools, equipment, and other materials in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Upon receipt, perform inspection of all new, repaired and rebuilt parts/components for evidence for physical damage, count and conformity.
- Ensure all work packages (orders and forms) as well as records of arrival, maintenance and corrective actions performed, are documented accurately and that all specialized customer (RFE & SRPSA) and regulatory paperwork (FAA, FAR/CAA, etc.) is complete and required approvals have been obtained.
- Ensure interior related repairs, refurbishments, modifications (i.e. upholstery, carpeting, cabinetry) meet regulatory Fire Protection requirements of FAR Part 25 (i.e. 25.853 Compartment Interiors flammability test criteria).
- Research aircraft drawings and technical data (i.e., REO, ENICO, EO. DCN).
- Perform walk around inspection of aircraft for release from maintenance.
- Perform return to service process and ensure assigned aircraft meets all airworthiness requirements prior to return to service.
- Provide data to customers as requested.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Active/Valid A & P Certificate.
- 3+ years aircraft inspection experience or substantiated equivalent experience.
- Interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
- Effectively communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and / or aircraft status.
- Basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory & control of tools.
- Must obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as required.
- Work unscheduled overtime including nonscheduled workdays and holidays.
- Work in seasonal/inclement weather outside.
- Obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA) (If applicable).
- Experience on corporate jet aircraft / commercial aircraft - preferred.
- Basic PC skills - preferred.
